The Island of Elba, the 'pearl' of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, 27 kilometres long, 18 wide and with a perimeter of 147 kilometres, is crowned by a crystal-clear sea and a multitude of beaches (about 100) that have nothing to envy from the better known Caribbean landscapes.
Not only does Elba have a very large number of beaches but they also vary widely in position, view, type of seabed and geological conformation: long beaches of golden sand, little shingle coves, beaches of shining black sand and others of snow-white pebbles, or smooth granite rocks.
The main beaches include zones with well equipped beach resorts, where visitors can rent loungers and umbrellas and also practise many of the most popular watersports. Some beaches also have "Punti Blu" service points offering umbrellas and loungers for hire for use on the free-access part of the beach.
The nearest beach is Barbarossa beach, which is only 800 metres from our facility.
However, within a radius of 10 kilometres alone, there are many more, again of various kinds.
